- Refunds and commission reversalsWhen Shopify reports a refund, we reverse only the refunded portion of the commission, pro-rated, on the ledger. The athlete is never charged beyond the refund.
- Attribution without discount codesFirst-party, server-side attribution credits each sale from a ?ref= cart note attribute, matched on our server. There is no discount code, so the shopper pays full price.
- How our fee worksThe 20% platform fee is billed to you on top of the commission, never deducted from the athlete. They keep the full commission you set.
