Are there any setup fees, monthly minimums, or commission bonds?+
No. Harmonia is pure performance: $0 to launch a program, no monthly subscription, no commission bond held against future earnings. The only money that moves is the commission you set, plus a 20% platform fee on top of it — and that is only charged when a partner drives a real attributed sale.
How does the 20% platform fee get paid?+
Your athlete sets a $50 commission per sale and drives 10 sales in a month. We invoice you for $600 — $500 in athlete commission plus $100 platform fee — via Stripe Billing on the 1st of the following month, net-30. Athletes are paid from the cleared $500 once your invoice clears.
Is there an annual contract or lock-in?+
No. There is no annual commitment, no opt-out fee, and no proration on shutdown. You can pause or close your program at any time. Outstanding athlete commission on the ledger settles on the next monthly cycle and your account closes cleanly.
Do you offer an enterprise tier?+
