Common questions
How does tracking work without discount codes?+
We use first-party cookie attribution via a Shopify app installed on your store. When a customer clicks an athlete's tracked link, we set a first-party cookie on your domain. When they purchase, the Shopify webhook fires and we match the cookie to the athlete. No third-party pixels, no codes.
What e-commerce platforms do you support?+
Shopify is our launch platform with a native app integration. We plan to add support for additional platforms based on demand.
How and when do athletes get paid?+
Athletes are paid automatically via Stripe Connect once your monthly invoice clears. Payouts run daily, with a $25 minimum. Stripe issues their 1099-NEC automatically at year-end, and athletes track pending and paid earnings in real time on their dashboard.
How long does setup take?+
Most brands go from signup to a live program in under an hour. Install the Shopify app, set your commission rate, publish your program, and athletes can start applying immediately.
What does it cost?+
A 20% platform fee on top of the commission you set, charged only when a partner drives a real sale. No setup fees, no monthly minimums. If nobody sells, you pay nothing.
